My stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful, highlighted by amazing staff who truly made me feel valued every day. The food was some of the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort, but I felt that the wine selection could have been better considering we opted for the upgraded service. The rooms were spacious but had some outdated furniture that could use an upgrade. Overall, the experience was relaxing, with great amenities, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
We just returned from a week at Paradisus La Perla, and while the resort is stunning and well-kept, we encountered a few issues. The room check-in time was frustratingly delayed, as we had to wait until 3 PM despite the resort being relatively uncrowded. The dining options were also a letdown; although the food quality was decent, I wish there were more Mexican dishes available, and not having air conditioning in the restaurants made dining uncomfortable. On a positive note, the spa experience was fantastic, and the service from staff members was exceptional.

I had a fantastic week at Paradisus Royal Service La Perla! The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, from the butlers to the poolside team. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the dining experience fell a bit short in terms of vegan options and variety at meals. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, which made up for the beach's current seaweed issue.
We had an unforgettable Christmas getaway at this resort! The Royal Service was absolutely worth it as it made us feel pampered, and our personal butler took care of all our needs. The peaceful vibe of the Royal Service pool was a welcome escape from the busy main area. While the dining experiences were generally great, some restaurant service could use improvement. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay, and we can't wait to return!
